Grannies Babies Outreach Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassion, stability, and essential resources to individuals and families in need. Inspired by the enduring love and resilience of grandmothers, we believe that no one—regardless of age or circumstance—should navigate life’s challenges alone.

Our Roots
We were founded on the idea that the selfless care traditionally offered by grandmothers can be extended to entire communities. By combining that nurturing spirit with effective, evidence-based programs, we aim to bridge generational gaps and empower those who face homelessness, housing insecurity, or financial struggles.

What We Do

• Our key initiatives include:

  • Transitional Housing & Reentry Support:
    Safe, stable housing and wraparound services for formerly incarcerated individuals and justice-impacted families.

  • Homeless Prevention & Outreach:
    Direct support for unhoused individuals, emergency resources, and community care packages for those in crisis.

  • Youth & Mentorship Programs:
    Workshops, mentorship, and enrichment activities that guide young people toward leadership, purpose, and success.

  • Senior Support Services:
    Assistance and engagement for elderly community members, including companionship programs and resource navigation.

  • Community Events & Healing Spaces:
    We host gatherings, cultural events, and healing circles that bring families together and foster connection.
